Su pantallita digital parpadeaba con la inocente arrogancia de quien aún no conoce el frente de batalla. Su primera misión fue la "Operación Brownie Perfecto". Creamy Garlic Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

- 8 oz penne or rigatoni

- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

- Zest and juice of 1 lemon

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Add the hot pasta to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.

Ingredients:

- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

- 4 large tomatoes, diced

- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.

4. Stir in the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with pesto sauce until well coated.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts. Toss to combine.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
